  • Proven track record of raising funds from institutional funders at seven and eight figure levels, especially foundation and government funders.
  • Experience leading an institutional giving department generating at least $30 million annually and sustaining a diversified pipeline of opportunities of at least $200 million.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience supervising and developing staff in a cross-cultural context.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and meet ambitious fundraising targets.
  • Knowledge of best practices in grants management, donor stewardship and compliance,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You Do

  • Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the enterprise-wide data analytics strategy aligned with business goals and innovation priorities.
  • Team Development : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance analytics team including data scientists, analysts, and BI developers.
  • Data-Driven Transformation : Drive the organization's transition to a data-first culture by embedding analytics into key decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with senior leaders, product owners, and operations teams to identify analytical needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Advanced Analytics and Innovation : Oversee the design and deployment of machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data visualization frameworks that generate business insights.

Who You Are
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum years of experience in data analytics or data science, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving enterprise-level analytics initiatives.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and familiarity with big data platforms
  • Expertise in machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business value.
  • Experience with modern BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
