- Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere in Kenya.

- Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical codes, standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE), and safety regulations.
- Oversee the selection and specification of electrical equipment, including inverters, transformers, switchgear, and protection devices.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into overall project design.
- Conduct technical reviews of designs and provide guidance to junior electrical engineers.
- Develop and review testing and commissioning plans for electrical systems.
