Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Proven experience in managing and leading remote or distributed security teams.
- In-depth knowledge of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), EDR solutions, network security monitoring, and threat detection techniques.
- Strong understanding of incident response methodologies and frameworks (e.g., NIST, SANS).
- Familiarity with various threat actor TTPs and attack vectors.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
