- Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations and standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of air traffic controllers and operational staff.
- Manage airspace capacity and flow control initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of air traffic management systems and technologies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for operational hazards.
- Liaise with aviation authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders on operational matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in air traffic control operations, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Valid Air Traffic Controller license and extensive operational experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ICAO, FAA, EASA regulations and air traffic management procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex operations remotely.
