  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations and standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of air traffic controllers and operational staff.
  • Manage airspace capacity and flow control initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of air traffic management systems and technologies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for operational hazards.
  • Liaise with aviation authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders on operational matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in air traffic control operations, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Valid Air Traffic Controller license and extensive operational experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICAO, FAA, EASA regulations and air traffic management procedures.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex operations remotely.
