- Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and effective learning content for both online and blended environments.
- Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and assessment design.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, adept at working effectively with remote teams and diverse stakeholders.
