  • Proven experience in leading architectural teams and managing complex, large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of green building principles, certifications (e.g., LEED AP), and sustainable technologies.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
  • Exceptional design sensibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage remote project teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful sustainable architecture projects.
