- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and consensus mechanisms for different projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Architect, Solutions Architect, or Lead Developer with a strong focus on blockchain technology.
- In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana, Polkadot) and their architectures.
- Expertise in smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development and deployment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to blockchain development (e.g., Go, Rust, JavaScript).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a hybrid or agile development environment.
