Role Description:
Occupantwin Development is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience in real estate or lifestyle branding, and the ability to create visual content that communicates luxury, trust, and exclusivity. You will design marketing materials, digital campaigns, and on-site visuals that capture the essence of our development and attract both homebuyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design branding and marketing assets for both digital and print campaigns.
- Develop social media creatives, brochures, banners, and advertising materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into visual storytelling.
- Create designs that highlight architectural excellence, lifestyle, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
- Stay updated with modern design and real estate marketing trends.
Qualifications (Kenyan Market)
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- At least 2 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate, architecture, or luxury brands is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma/Canva.
- Experience in motion graphics/video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout for premium/luxury positioning.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Location: Thika Rd, Nairobi, Kenya (site-based)
Employment type: Full-time.
