- Oversee crop cultivation, planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest/disease management.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage the procurement of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other necessary farm inputs.
- Monitor crop health and growth, implementing corrective actions as needed to maximize yield and quality.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on the farm.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, yields, expenses, and inventory.

- Proven experience in farm management or a similar agricultural supervisory role.

- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic financial management.

- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as dictated by farming cycles.
