  • Develop and implement geochemical exploration strategies and sampling programs.

  • Integrate geochemical data with other geological and geophysical datasets.
  • Contribute to the interpretation of mineral deposit models and exploration targeting.
  • Manage and supervise external laboratories involved in sample analysis.
  • Prepare detailed geochemical reports, maps, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in exploration geochemistry and analytical techniques.
  • Advise on quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) protocols for geochemical surveys.

Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Geochemistry, Geology, or a related Earth Science discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration geochemistry.
  • Proven expertise in statistical analysis and geochemical modeling software (e.g., ioGAS, Gems, ArcGIS).
  • Strong understanding of mineral systems and deposit genesis.
  • Experience in designing and managing large-scale geochemical sampling programs.
