A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or a related earth science discipline is required, complemented by at least 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a proven track record of discovering economically viable mineral deposits. Expertise in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), 3D geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan), and data management systems is mandatory. Strong leadership, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and superior communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
