Our Demand Planning/ Forecasting team drives efficiency and excellence in delivering AGCO products and services. We are hiring an Industry Analyst APA, whereby the candidate would be responsible for creating and maintaining reports that provide insights and analysis on the performance of the organization, with focus on the APA region. This includes collecting and analyzing industry and company specific data, creating reports and dashboards, and working with cross-functional teams to understand and communicate key metrics.
**Your Impact**
+ Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to produce accurate, informative reports.
+ Work with process owners and business partners to gather and document business requirements for performance analysis reporting.
+ Manage regional (APA) and selected global data exchanges with external partners, including routine monthly reporting and ensuring master data integrity in internal systems.
+ Develop and automate regular reporting processes in coordination with other functions.
+ Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, and present findings to relevant departments.
+ Support the global retail database through data sourcing, consolidation, and content management.
+ Continuously monitor report accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
+ Update industry forecasts as new data emerges and manage monthly and quarterly forecast cycles, sharing updates with stakeholders.
+ Handle routine administrative tasks related to industry data, including actuals and forecasts.
+ Collaborate with IT project teams to communicate business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and help identify suitable solutions.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information science, data management, computer science, marketing or related field preferred.
+ Affinity to work with numbers and analytic skills
+ A technically oriented and problem-solving mindset
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ 2 - 3 years' work experience in data analysis preferred
+ Advanced Excel skills a must
+ Ideally experience with SAP, MS Access, Tableau, Alteryx and other databases
+ Good knowledge of English a must (written and spoken)

**You will be responsible for:**
+ Keep an updated mapping of key stakeholders in Neuroscience within your territory.
+ Visit key stakeholders/customers within your territory on a regular basis to inform and update them on our treatment options.
+ Effectively sell the value offering of Janssen Neuroscience products to meet the individual needs of all relevant customers within the Mental Health treatment space.
+ Become the expert in terms of knowledge and practical application in all aspects of the environment, relevant therapy areas, the company and competitor products.
+ Establish and manage KOL relationships.
+ Organize and present in local healthcare professional meetings, to promote the appropriate use of our products.
+ Drive promotional activities during national or local scientific congresses.
+ Ensure all activities follow the internal compliance guidelines and are documented accordingly.
+ Partner with sub-distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, private clinics and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
+ Provide market feedback to management in the form of activity and results reports and territory analyses.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ 5+ years' experience in driving pharmaceutical stakeholder engagement, sales, and marketing on assigned products and territory, ideally in healthcare industry in Kenya.
+ Experience in "Mental Health -Neuroscience"
+ Good knowledge of Kenya oncology healthcare space
+ Education, University Degree in relevant field with additional years of professional experience.
+ Self-driven motivated and ability to deliver the assigned KPIs.
+ Strong team player

+ Fluency in English and one or more local languages

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Perform shipboard welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks in support of MSC vessel maintenance, repair, and preservation activities.
+ Execute ABS-certified welding on structural components, piping systems, foundations, brackets, bulkheads, and general shipboard assemblies.
+ Conduct repairs using SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and oxy-fuel cutting equipment in accordance with ABS, Navy, and MSC standards.
+ Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, technical drawings, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
+ Prepare work areas by removing coatings, corrosion, and debris; set up welding equipment; and ensure proper ventilation and fire-watch procedures.
+ Perform structural reinforcement, crack repairs, insert installations, and general steel replacement aboard MSC vessels.
+ Assist Riding Gang teams with preservation, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks as required.
+ Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of welding tools, PPE, consumables, and equipment.
+ Maintain accurate logs, material usage notes, and documentation related to welding and repair activities.
+ Follow all safety, hot-work, confined-space, and shipboard operational requirements.
+ Communicate progress, issues, and safety concerns to supervisors and ship leadership as required.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 1-3 years of experience in shipboard welding, structural repair, or industrial welding environments.
+ ABS welding certification (current or previously held) in structural or pipe welding.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in welding, fabrication, or marine maintenance preferred.
+ Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
+ Passport must be valid for at least one year beyond hire date.
+ Ability to meet and maintain contract medical requirements for the duration of assignment.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous experience supporting MSC, maritime operations, shipboard maintenance, or Riding Gang programs.
+ Experience performing welding in shipboard, industrial, or confined-space environments.
+ Familiarity with ABS, Navy, and MSC welding standards and inspection requirements.
+ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.
