- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their unique business objectives and talent needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client briefing and candidate identification through to offer negotiation and successful placement.
- Provide expert advice and market intelligence to clients regarding compensation trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices in Sales and Marketing.
- Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in a remote work setting.
- Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong specialization in placing Sales and Marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates for roles such as Sales Managers, Account Executives, Digital Marketing Specialists, Brand Managers, and VPs of Sales/Marketing.
- Excellent understanding of sales methodologies and marketing functions.
- Strong candidate engagement and interviewing skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a fully remote environment.
