The Client Experience Specialist (CXS) Specialist's role is to ideate & map, optimize, and enhance the end-to-end client journey in the organization using a data-driven approach.
He/She partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect feedback & information, create journey maps & standard operating procedures that provide insights to client needs, drive improvement of client experience, and create operational efficiencies.

+ Work closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute strategic initiatives and defined experience journeys.
+ Set and communicate goals, action plans, and key metrics for business functions aligned to Service Experience Enhancement
+ Create standardized playbooks and interventions for each point in the customer journey
+ Develop key benchmarks and measures of success aligned to Client and Crew Experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
**Qualification:**
+ Bachelor's degree; concentration in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
+ Client Experience Certification - CXS
+ Service/Client Journey Design certification and experience.
+ IT Background or having worked in an IT organization highly desirable.
+ Project Management Skill highly desirable.
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 2+ years in a project management, process improvement or service experience role.
+ Experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.

This role is able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning.
This role works towards professional to expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge

+ Taking ownership of project deployments working closely with the project management team and the clients
+ Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet complex requirements of a solution.
+ Responds to escalated client requests.
+ Escalates complex problems to the relevant OEM support and taking ownership of the cases to closure.

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
+ Vendor certification is mandatory.
+ CCSE / Palo Alto Network Security Professional / FCP / CCNP Security / F5-CTS BIG-IP ASM or equivalent preferred.
+ Security certifications like AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM or similar Certification in different networking technologies such as CCDP Security, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSE, PCNSC, FCP, CCSA, ITIL, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Certified Network Engineer, Azure Administrator Associate, will be an advantage.
**Required experience:**
+ Seasoned experience in Network Security projects implementation in complex environment.
+ Seasoned experience in Next Generation Firewalls implementation and support.
+ Seasoned experience in NAC implementation and support.
+ Seasoned experience in WAF implementation and support.
+ Seasoned Experience in Security technologies Web Security, Email Security, NAC, SSE, VPN solutions, End Point Security etc.
+ Specialist experience in technical support to clients.
+ Seasoned experience in handling incidents end to end.
