Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive remote administrative support to field operations teams, including scheduling and coordination.

- Facilitate communication between field staff, head office, and external partners.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of field reports, grant proposals, and logistical plans.
- Track project timelines, manage action items, and ensure follow-up on operational tasks.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation for field activities.
- Conduct online research to support conservation project planning and resource identification.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all field operations-related documents.
- Assist with onboarding and training administrative processes for new field personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, with significant experience in remote or hybrid work settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity for clear and concise communication in a remote context.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve proactively.
- Experience working with environmental organizations or in field-based operations is highly advantageous.
