About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Nyeri, Nyeri . This is a critical on-site role responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of multiple commercial assets. You will manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, financial performance, maintenance, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and manage property budgets, including operating expenses, capital improvements, and revenue forecasting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial property management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial real estate portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional tenant relations and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working within the Nyeri commercial real estate market is a significant advantage.
