- Develop detailed design documentation, including 3D models, renderings, and construction drawings.

- Manage project timelines and budgets in a remote setting, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay current with global retail design trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the firm's creative direction in retail design.
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a specialization in Retail.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with a strong focus on retail environments.
- Proven portfolio showcasing innovative and successful retail design projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max) and rendering software.
- Experience in creating experiential and immersive retail spaces.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and merchandising principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
