Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically managing large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive experience in managing distributed or remote project teams.
  • Deep understanding of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and their interdependencies.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience with manufacturing industry processes is highly advantageous.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fully remote capacity, potentially across different time zones.
