- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong emphasis on budgeting and forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is a plus.
