Reporting to the MANAGER, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring sustainable and efficient agricultural practices. This role involves supervising farm workers, managing crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring compliance with organic and regenerative farming standards.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities related to the variety of organic and regenerative vegetable and fruit cultivation, harvesting, and storage.
• Implement and maintain organic and regenerative farming best practices.
• Ensure efficient completion of tasks by supervising and coordinating farm labor.
• Monitor soil health, irrigation, and pest control using organic methods.
• Maintain farm records, including planting schedules, harvest yields, and input usage.
