The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, is required. Strong knowledge of various drilling rigs, downhole tools, and cementing techniques is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Familiarity with industry best practices and safety management systems is crucial. This position requires the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
