**Job Responsibilities**

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and other relevant technical tools.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
