  • Design, deploy, and manage endpoint security solutions, including EDR, antivirus, host-based firewalls, and data loss prevention (DLP) tools.
  • Develop and implement policies and configurations to harden endpoints against threats.
  • Monitor endpoint security alerts and logs for suspicious activity and potential compromises.
  • Investigate endpoint security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on endpoint systems.
  • Stay current with emerging endpoint threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT operations and support teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of endpoint security solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training to users on endpoint security best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall security strategy and incident response planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience specifically in endpoint security engineering or management.
  • Proven experience with leading endpoint security platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Carbon Black, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their security features.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Knowledge of incident response, digital forensics, and malware analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects within a remote-first environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as ECSA, GCFA, or endpoint security vendor certifications are highly desirable.
