Roles and Responsibilities :

• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with business us• Help to document requirements for new features, data capture, process functions, reports, and training

• Functional and System Knowledge

• Data Migration from other systems to Zoho

• CRM customization and assisting CRM Implementation

• Good knowledge of accounting terms and Zoho Books

Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a related industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
