Job Summary:

Our client is currently in need of a dedicated and skilled Van Driver to fulfill a temporary assignment in the Nyanza region for a duration of two weeks. As a Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods and materials to various locations within the Nyanza region.

Responsibilities:

Operate a van safely and responsibly to transport goods and materials.Execute timely deliveries to designated destinations within the Nyanza region.Adhere strictly to traffic laws and regulations at all times.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the van interior and exterior.Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and promptly report any maintenance issues.Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules.Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and customers.Follow company policies and procedures diligently.Requirements

Requirements:

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a van driver or similar role. Familiarity with the roads and routes in the Nyanza region.Proficiency in using GPS devices and maps for navigation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends, as required.
