Training Coordinator

Are you passionate about advancing workforce skills and knowledge? Our client is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving learning and development initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and implementation of our Learning and Development strategy.Identify training needs for optometrists and sales teams through analysis and consultation.Design and develop training programs using modern learning techniques.Evaluate and revise training programs to ensure effectiveness.Support new hire training and ad hoc projects as needed.Utilize technology for training and development initiatives.Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development. Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in learning management systems and training technology.
