Our client is seeking to hire a Technical Sales Lead Non-Dairy to maximize profitable sales of specialty ingredient solutions within the Non-Dairy category in East Africa.

Responsibilities: 1. Be the key technical and business development point of contact for the company’s principals, sales team, and customers.2. Establish, train, and manage a top-performing team of technical sales resources.3. Become an expert in the technologies, features, and benefits of the principal’s products.4. Manage key accounts, ensuring retention and growth while maximizing cross-selling opportunities.5. Develop strategic sales plans and maintain a healthy project pipeline.6. Plan and execute effective trials of solutions in customer facilities.7. Recommend pricing requirements based on market trends and account knowledge.8.
