Requirements
Your daily
adventures include:
- Engage in exciting
collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development
teams to define solution requirements and align them with business
objectives
- Craft end-to-end architectures that are in
harmony with our client’s strategic goals and technology standards,
showcasing your expertise and creativity
- Design and
document captivating solution blueprints encompassing system
integrations, data models, application interfaces and security
considerations
- Embrace the opportunity to provide
technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire software
development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards
and best practices
- Embark on a thrilling quest to
evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools
that align with our client’s digital strategy, promoting scalability,
reliability, and security
- Undertake daring feasibility
studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses to uncover potential
challenges and propose ingenious mitigation strategies
- Collaborate harmoniously with external vendors, partners, and
internal teams to drive the successful implementation of their
groundbreaking solutions
- Stay at the forefront of
emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements,
enabling you to provide strategic recommendations that maintain our
client’s competitive edge
- Inspire and mentor junior
architects and development teams, fostering an atmosphere of
innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Create captivating Solution Architect Design Documents,
utilizing their template for all new and existing solutions What it
takes to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer
science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree
is a plus
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) as a
Solution Architect, preferably within the banking or financial
services industry
- Strong understanding of digital
banking processes, core banking systems, payment gateways, and digital
channels (web, mobile, API)
- Extensive knowledge of
enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and experience with
architectural modeling tools
- Demonstrated expertise in
designing scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions using cloud
technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies (e.g.,
Java, .NET, RESTful APIs).
- Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business
requirements into technical solutions
- Strong
leadership capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional
teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability
to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience
working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
