Job Summary:
Experienced Senior Commercial Executive adept at driving
revenue growth through strategic business development, client
relationship management, and effective negotiation. Proven track
record of maximizing profitability and cultivating key partnerships in
dynamic market environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and profile client accounts
based on performance, value and potential and generate periodic
reports.
- Determine key clients' crucial needs and
ensure they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure its
implementation.
- Develop pricing structures for
key clients.
- Conduct account reviews.
- Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing
business trends
- Conduct client visits based on
target prospects.
- Generate weekly sales reports
and submit them to management
- Manage the sales
team to generate sales and a portfolio of new accounts to reach the
Company’s sales target.
- Provide training,
coaching, direction, targets, and leadership support to the sales team
to achieve department KPIs.
- Develop and coordinate
the company’s sales strategies to maintain and improve market share.
- Establish and drive products’ volume, market share,
and profit objectives.
- Guide and direct the
employees following the policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in business or marketing.
- 5 years
of relevant experience.
