Sales Manager Opportunity Report to : General ManagerDirect Report : N/AAbout Our Client: Join our client, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.Purpose of Job: As the Sales Manager, you'll lead revenue growth and market expansion efforts. Develop strategic sales plans, manage key market segments, and cultivate customer relationships to promote solar products and services.Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Sales Strategies for Industrial clients2. Drive engagement with Solar EPC’s3. Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets4. Identify new business opportunities5. Provide guidance and support to junior staff6. Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships7. Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions8. Conduct market research and analysis9. Prepare sales reports and forecasts10. Conduct financial analysis for projects11. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standardsRequirementsQualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field2. 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a similar role 3. Strong sales and client relationship skills4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills5. Willingness to travel6. Experience in storage and Hybrid Solar system design is a plus7.
