years, we have focused our training on sales skills, becoming go-to
organizations for sales training for youth and companies seeking to
build team capacity in sales.
About the Role
Yusudi is looking for
an individual with a passion for sales. The role requires a vibrant,
self-driven and proactive individual to work as a Sales Trainer with a
focus on manager-oriented training and corporate-driven capacity
building. The person will work directly with participants from our
partner companies and internally organize training. The role involves
conducting skills gap analysis, designing the learning journey,
preparing learning material, conducting assessments and preparing
feedback and coaching.
Key
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design and
deliver sales training sessions to both our partner companies and
internal organized training.
- Participate in sales
content development.
- Participate in the development of
practical sales tasks for trainers at different levels of engagement;
namely, sales representatives, mid-level managers, and high-level
managers
- Participate in delivering assessments and
developing related reports
- Provide meaningful
evaluation, feedback, and coaching for the participants/trainees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Key
Requirements
- At least 5 years of
experience in sales management
- Experience in training
for FMCG companies
- At least 2 years of training
experience Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a
similar role
- Experience in a learning and development
position
- Experience in sales coaching
and training
- Passion for sales and desire to build a
new sales culture in Kenya
- Ability to manage the full
training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
& support.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Ability to
manage others
Education Qualifications
- Diploma or degree holder preferably in
Sales and Marketing, Social Sciences, and related fields.
Other Requirements
- Availability for physical training and field coaching when relevant
(this is communicated beforehand)
- Personal laptop and
internet connection for virtual aspects of the training
Benefits
Contract Type: Consultancy - need-based
Level 1: Delivery only - 15%
Level 2:
Creation and delivery - 30%
Level 3: Co-proposal and
creation and creation - 40%
