Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing robust online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive digital growth. Combining technical proficiency with marketing acumen, the Website Administrator & Online Marketing Executive is pivotal in strengthening the online presence and achieving the digital objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Administration :
- Maintain, update, and ensure the smooth operation of our company website.
- Coordinate with the web developers to enhance site performance.
- Implement content updates, product uploads, or changes as required.
- Monitor website traffic, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Online Marketing :
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase traffic.
- Manage PPC, SEO, and SEM campaigns to optimize online presence.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and engagement analysis.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Social Media Management :
- Oversee the companys social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Schedule, post, and analyze content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
4 Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their individual needs, and ensuring a personalized service experience.
- Actively gather, analyze, and address customer feedback and concerns, ensuring swift resolutions and continuously improving service quality.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and transaction history.
5 Engagement Strategies:
Implement customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs, special offers, and communication campaigns, to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in website administration and online marketing.
- Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
