We are a sales
enablement community that nurtures lifelong partnerships with
high-potential talent and businesses to enable and accelerate their
growth. We have three business lines:
- We run the Yusudi Sales Academy with the goal of helping graduates improve their sales skills and thereafter match them to sales opportunities in partner companies.
- We have a sales team development (SaTD) unit that works with companies to help their sales teams improve their skills through coaching, training, and psychometric assessments.
- We offer recruitment services to help commercial teams find and hire exceptional talent.
Overarching all the services
is the Africa Sales Community where we bring salespeople together,
offering them a platform to network and share experiences.

looking for exceptional Part-time Recruiters to provide extra support
in our recruitment practice.
Your overall goal will be to support in our recruitment projects by identifying, attracting and assessing qualified candidates for assigned job openings.

- You will be responsible for executing a number of searches as assigned with support and partnership from the Yusudi Recruitment team. The roles you will be responsible for will be mid- to senior-level in nature across various commercial industries.
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience.
- We keep our promises and we treat our candidates as friends. You will be responsible for ensuring that candidates feel seen and heard at every point of contact during the recruitment
Requirements
- You have about 5 years of work experience in any industry.
- You have about 50-60% of your week free - we need someone who can jump into meetings with clients/recruiters from time to time
- You are inquisitive, which means you can grasp quickly when we teach you our recruitment processes
- You possess excellent verbal and written skills to enable you to write pristine interview notes
- You are self-motivated - you can work on your own with little supervision
- Your attention to detail is for the kings - super attentive
- Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various sales positions in the commercial industries.
- High learning agility, growth mindset.
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not a must.
- We deliver invaluable care to our clients, candidates and employees and we expect our Part-time Recruiters to back that up with a positive, efficient and streamlined experience for all parties.
- What to expect - Your fee is 30% of the recruitment fee once we invoice.
