Mascor is a Company consisting of franchised Automotive, agricultural mechanisation, construction, forestry and fuel. With more than 50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota and Warath while our highly skilled staff provides professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship.

Mascor is currently looking for a trainee in their parts department who will learn to utilize knowledge of parts to focus on excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

a.    SALES

• • • • product knowledge within a set timeframe
      • parts in accordance with standard operating procedures
      • to standard operating procedures and matrix reports
      • to customers and process orders timeously

b.    ADMINISTRATION

• • • • that all parts are charged when issued
      • all returns not invoice and ensure credit notes are issued timeously.
      • that all communications are done timeously.

c.    HOUSEKEEPING

• • • • that parts department is neat and tidy and includes marketing displays
      • that all parts are stored in accordance with standards.

d.    RECEIVING AND BINNING

• • • • that incoming goods are accurate, reporting all discrepancies and damages.
      • all received parts accurately
      • correct marking on parts to be binned
      • that binned parts are in saleable condition

REQUIREMENTS:

a.    Qualifications:

• Grade 12

b.    Experience:

• knowledge of low spec agricultural machines and equipment
