Full Job Description
We leverage on technology to make it easier for
leisure and holiday seekers to easily discover and book things to do,
holiday packages and other travel services through our web and mobile
booking platforms.
We have been working hard to
constantly pioneer change and innovation in the travel industry, in
the way people discover and experience travel opportunities, ease of
going on your dream vacation and in helping our partners optimise on
revenue through optimised engagement with their customers.
Customer support - Engage customers, respond to enquiries, and represent the brand in the best light.
Sales - Actively create relationships with potential customers, sell our services and convert leads into sales.
Tour consulting - Help curate and sell travel services for clients.
Marketing support - Help push the brands content and campaigns in various channels.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
1 Year’s experience working in a travel and tours company
Experience in tour consulting
Knowhow in curating travel and leisure packages
Sales execution
Great with customer relations
Wide understanding of the Kenyan Travel industry
Experience in Flight ticketing is an added advantage
Fast thinker and learner
Great in communication and people relations
Fluency of top notch English language. Extra foreign language is a plus.
Ready to learn and give extra input to the task.
