Job Overview:
As an HR Officer, you'll play a crucial role in talent management and employee engagement. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities:
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsPin recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processCreate and implement effective onboarding plansDevelop training and development programsAssist in performance management processesSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirementsReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.rovide counselling on policies and proceduresBe actively involved RequirementsA bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HR, Administration, Management or any other relevant field.Member of the Institute of Human Resource ManagementAt least 3 years experience in Hospitality or FMCG Industry.Proven knowledge and direct experience in at least two of the following areas; recruitment; compensation and benefits, employee relations and communications, performance management and HR practice.Thorough understanding of labour laws.Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS.Ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting assignments.High sense of professionalism and confidentiality.Tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive issues.Proficiency in using MS Office packages.High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
