Full Job Description
We're looking for a vibrant and motivated Human Resource Agent to
join our team at iN et Africa!
As an HR Agent,
you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic HR team. You'll be
responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and
ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment
process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and
conducting background checks
- Assist with new employee
orientation and onboarding
- Maintain employee records
and assist with HR-related paperwork
- Assist with
employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures and ensure
compliance
- Provide support for payroll processing and
benefits administration
- Other HR-related duties as
assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources .
- At least 0-2 years of experience in HR
- Proven experience as an HR agent .
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to relocate to Malindi
