Full Job Description
Ornella House is a prime villa nestled in the tranquil coastal
town of Malindi, offering guests an exquisite and luxurious retreat.
Our mission is to provide unparalleled guest experiences, where every
moment is infused with comfort and sophistication. We are currently
seeking a Villa Administrator to join our esteemed team.
Responsibilities will be but not limited
to:
- House Cleaning: Ensure that
the villas are kept in pristine condition at all times. This includes
cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the villa to meet our high
standards. You may also be required to perform cleaning duties as
necessary.
- Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival,
assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer
service throughout their stay.
- Communication: Engage
with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Good communication
skills, particularly in English, are essential.
- Administration:Manage bookings, reservations, and invoices.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and restock supplies and
amenities, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a
comfortable stay.

Requirements
- House cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional
languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills
with a friendly and bubbly personality.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Malindi or already residing
in the area.
- Multi-Lingual (Advantage):
Proficiency in additional languages, especially Italian or German,
would be a valuable asset to assist a diverse range of guests.
