Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business for the company by identifying and pursuing opportunities for selling tracking devices and fleet management software services to car dealership clients through methods such as cold calling, follow-up on leads, and referrals.Provide in-depth information and guidance on the tracking devices and fleet management software services offered by the company to car dealership clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and value proposition for their business.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company to contribute to its revenue growth and success.Maintain professional and courteous communication with car dealership clients via various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.Accurately record and analyze interactions with car dealership clients to assess their needs and preferences, and tailor solutions accordingly.Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and benefits of the tracking devices and fleet management software services offered by the company, as well as industry trends, to provide informed assistance and recommendations to car dealership clients.Cultivate and nurture relationships with car dealership clients to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.Conduct timely follow-ups with car dealership clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the tracking devices and fleet management software services, and address any questions or concerns they may have.Deliver informative and persuasive presentations to car dealership clients to demonstrate the value and benefits of the tracking devices and fleet management software services.Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase awareness and interest in the company's tracking devices and fleet management software services among car dealership clients.Ensure the quality of leads and adherence to sales processes and procedures to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the management for monitoring and evaluation purposes.Conduct product training sessions for car dealership clients to familiarize them with the features, functionalities, and benefits of the tracking devices and fleet management software services.Follow up on new sales opportunities and administer commissions accurately and efficiently.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and dealership policies, including those related to data privacy and security.Fulfill any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management to support the overall sales team objectives and company goals.RequirementsMinimum 3 years (preferably 5 years) of proven expertise in dealership sales.Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.Strong business acumen and adeptness in customer relationship management.Experience in fleet tracking/management.Sales target-driven mindset.Proven proficiency in driving new business development.Solution-oriented approach.Strong planning and organizational acumen.Intermediate proficiency in Excel.Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
