Duties andResponsibilities

Ensure excellent use of spelling andgrammar is maintained in all tasks
· Manage the quality of your work in linewith
the client’s policies and procedures
· Manage
and complete a set number of tickets/tasksper day to meet productivity
expectations
· Support and work with
colleagues whilebuilding a collaborative team culture
·
Proactively highlight areas ofimprovement and escalate through the
appropriate channels to ensure timelyresolution of any issues
· Bring a proactive approach to teammeetings and
ensure the promotion of best practice and knowledge sharing
· Takescharge of the customer's request: actively
listens to the customer (ordiscovers his or her request)
· Providesthe most appropriate solution to the customer's
request
Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English isessential
· Strong analytical and
organizationalskills
· Ability to solve
problems and makedecisions quickly
·
Excellent work ethic and ability to workwith minimal supervision
· Intermediate I.T. skills with the abilityto
quickly learn new tools
· Experience in
content writing or dataentry is an advantage
