Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of loan payments, approve credit checks for new farmers, and determine the suitability of applicants for payment plans.
Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with Farmers, providing guidance, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
Risk Management: Monitor existing loan portfolios to identify and mitigate potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Compliance: Stay up to date with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring all credit activities comply with legal and organizational standards.
Report Generation: Prepare and submit Weekly reports on credit activities, including portfolio performance and potential areas for improvement.
Collection: Oversee the collection process, coordinating with borrowers to ensure timely repayment of loans.
Field Visits: Conduct on-site farmers visits to push for delayed payments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Credit Control, Finance Operations, Account Receivables.
Valid driver's license and riding license.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
Knowledge of credit risk assessment and underwriting principles.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance.
