Branch Customer Service Representative PURPOSE: Our client seeks a Branch Customer Service Representative to effectively manage walk-in subscribers across our nationwide branches, delivering exceptional service while minimizing churn.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTACTS: Customer Service: • Respond to inquiries, provide desired information, and adapt to changing needs.• Apply innovative solutions to complaints, maintaining professionalism.• Ensure a warm and professional branch ambiance.Manage Customer Accounts: • Identify and resolve customer queries, fulfill requests, and address complaints.• Troubleshoot product issues, maintain database, and provide technical support.• Upsell products/services and recommend process improvements.Quality Assurance: • Maintain 90%+ QA scores, ensuring first call resolution and enhancing organization reputation.Customer Education: • Up-sell accounts, explain payment options, and recommend upgrades/features.Sales: • Sell hardware, installation, and additional products to new and existing customers.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 1 year in commerce, business administration, or sales.• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.• Strong communication and computer skills.• Previous customer service experience required; sales experience a plus.HOW TO APPLY: If you're passionate about customer service and meet the qualifications, please send your resume.
