Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional materials.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and lead generation.Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Manager or senior management.Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HR services industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
