Salon Manager and Business Development Lead.
Purpose of the Role:
The Salon Manager & Business Development lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Salon, ensuring service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction, while also driving revenue growth across new and existing income lines. This is a dual-mandate role combining hands-on salon leadership with outward-facing growth responsibilities, including subscriptions, events, pop-up activations, partnerships, and digital/influencer income streams.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Salon Operations Management
Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, staff rostering, and client bookings
Maintain service quality standards across Installation, Laundry, Styling, Coloring,
Revamps, Sowing, and Make Up
Monitor inventory of products and supplies (e.g., sprays, lotions) and manage reordering
Track daily/weekly capacity utilization and flag bottlenecks in core service delivery
Ensure hygiene, safety, and client-experience standards are consistently met
Handle client feedback, complaints, and service recovery
B. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Design and launch client subscription packages (e.g., monthly maintenance, quarterly bundles) and manage subscriber retention
Identify and secure event opportunities (weddings, hotels, airline staff contracts, corporate functions)
Plan and execute monthly pop-up shop activations at malls, markets, or beauty expos
Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships with wedding planners, hotels, and corporate clients
Identify and coordinate collaborations with micro-influencers and content creators
Support planning and delivery of quarterly master classe
