About the Company
Paystack’s mission is to power African ambition. Over 300,000 businesses across Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, and Kenya use Paystack’s modern payments gateway, including Qatar Airways, UPS, AXA Mansard Insurance, Greenspoon, Jumia, Kenpoly, Old Mutual, and many others.
Over the last 10 years, we’ve built products that have helped shape online payments in Africa, from automated recurring payments to direct bank payments and automated chargebacks. Acquired by Stripe in 2020, the company has grown payment volume more than twelvefold since then and is now expanding deliberately beyond payments into banking, consumer finance, and cross-border infrastructure as part of The Stack Group (TSG), a family of technology brands building modern infrastructure across payments, banking, consumer products, and emerging technologies.
At Paystack, we hire talented people, treat them with genuine respect, and give them the space, resources, and support to do the best work of their lives. And we’d love your help!
About the Role
Paystack Kenya has reached this point through product quality, developer trust, and the personal commercial relationships of a small founding team. Those relationships have produced some of our most significant wins on the continent. This is the first dedicated Sales Lead role in Kenya. You will be responsible for building the structures, relationships, and repeatable processes that take Paystack from a brand developers & businesses love to one that enterprises across every major sector depend on.
The role sits at the centre of a genuine inflection point. You will work in close partnership on the deals that define our market position, while independently owning the pipeline, the segments, and the motion that makes growth predictable.
This is not an execution role inside an established system. It is a builder role at a company that has the product, the infrastructure, and the brand to win meaningfully in Kenya. What it needs now .

About the Company
We are a mission-driven platform transforming higher education access for students and working professionals across Sub-Saharan Africa. We believe that quality education should be a universal right, not a privilege.
Our platform has already guided thousands of learners by connecting them to hundreds of world-class institutions and study destinations globally, unlocking their potential and ensuring every individual has the tools
About the Role
Our firm is a fast-growing organization scaling rapidly across multiple countries. As we scale, weak financial controls become expensive fast — late collections strangle cash flow, mispaid vendors damage relationships, and disorganized books make every decision harder. This role exists to make sure none of that happens.
You'll oversee two full-time accounting team members who handle the hands-on work: making payments, recording bookkeeping entries, following up with customers, and reconciling payments as they come in. Because they own the day-to-day, your job is oversight, not execution — you own the outcomes. On the AR side, that means collections happen on time, and you step in on the hard cases.
On the AP side, that means vendors are billed, verified, and paid correctly and on time. Underneath both, you review their bookkeeping so the books stay accurate and current. On a normal day, this is a couple of focused reviews, not hours of data entry — the team handles the volume.
Beyond finance, you'll handle key administrative work across the company, legal, and HR — the operational backbone that keeps a multi-country company compliant and running.
What You Will Do

Oversee collections. Make sure AR is invoiced and chased on schedule, and step in on the difficult or escalated cases to get them closed. Day-to-day chasing is the AR officer's job; you handle exceptions.
Oversee payables. Ensure vendors and obligations are billed, validated, and paid correctly
