HR MANAGER — JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-Time | On-Site Role
ROLE SUMMARY The HR Manager is responsible for seeking, hiring, building and maintaining a high-performing, aligned, and healthy team across all departments.
They oversee:
recruitment
onboarding
performance management
culture
compliance
conflict resolution
HR systems and structure
This role requires a mature, emotionally intelligent, structured individual who can support a fast-growing organization.
This Role is also largely recruitement focused and requires an agility around hiring and onboarding for a fast paced team.
Candidates preferably have worked in a high paced StartUp environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Build hiring pipelines for all roles within the organization.
Write clear, compelling job descriptions.
Screen candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
Conduct structured interviews using scorecards.
Coordinate trial days or skills assessments.
Ensure hiring is fast, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Outcome:
Stronger hires and reduced turnover.
Onboarding & Training
Develop and maintain onboarding workflows.
Ensure new hires receive proper orientation and clarity.
Train departments on onboarding best practices.
Ensure new staff reach productivity expectations within 30 days.
Outcome:
New staff feel grounded and become effective quickly.
Performance Management
Implement KPI scorecards for all roles.
Track performance weekly and monthly.
Identify underperformance early and propose corrective paths.
Guide managers on clear, constructive feedback.
Ensure accountability is consistent and fair.
