POSITION: SALES TEAM LEADER
INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our real estate sales team and drive the sale of apartments, plots, and other property developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, activations, site visits, and other sales initiatives.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing of sales.
Ensure all leads and customer interactions are accurately captured in the CRM system.
Support, coach, and mentor sales executives to enhance performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer experience.
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Participate in property viewings, client meetings, and sales presentations.
Ensure the team consistently meets set sales targets and company objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership and team management
