About the role
We're looking for a poised, people-first Front Office Associate to anchor the reception at our Tigoni branch. You'll own the client journey from "hello" to "see you soon," keeping bookings precise, service flowing, and the front desk calm, polished, and professional.
What you'll do
- Welcome every guest with warmth; manage check-in/out with speed and accuracy.
- Handle calls, email & WhatsApp bookings; confirm, reschedule, and follow up.
- Coordinate the day's treatment schedule with therapists; minimise gaps & no-shows.
- Maintain POS & billing; issue receipts and reconcile end-of-day reports.
- Support and actively participate in retail sales to boost branch sales.
- Keep reception immaculate; uphold confidentiality & data privacy at all times.
- Capture feedback, resolve concerns professionally, and escalate when needed.
- Prepare concise daily reports (feedbacks, attendance, bookings, highlights/opportunities).
What you'll bring
- 2+ years in front desk operations in the service industry or premium customer service.
- Excellent communication in English & Kiswahili; gracious, confident phone manner.
- Strong organization & attention to detail; thrives in a fast, client-facing environment.
- Comfortable with booking/POS systems and report writing.
- Integrity, discretion, and a consistently professional presence.
- Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
