Role Overview
The Irrigation Manager will lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of irrigation systems across Selu's large-scale farming operations. The role focuses on achieving efficient water management, improving irrigation performance, and ensuring sustainability through data-driven planning and continuous system enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Irrigation Planning
- Design and oversee irrigation systems tailored to diverse farm projects.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and manage system installation in compliance with project timelines and standards.
- Supervise contractors and coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and safety compliance.
2. Maintenance & Performance Monitoring
