Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a specialization in Talent Management to join their forward-thinking Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on talent management and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs.
