- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on talent management and business partnering.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, essential for remote collaboration.
