Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from the comfort of your home office while undertaking essential site visits as needed. Based in or near Eldoret, Uasin Gishu, KE , you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex industrial equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and potentially electronic systems, coupled with exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. You will be expected to provide on-site support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of their machinery.

Key responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment failures, replacing faulty components, and conducting system upgrades. You will also be responsible for documenting all service activities, generating detailed reports, and providing technical feedback to the engineering and product development teams.
